Maruti Suzuki Celerio was initially launched in 2014 by Maruti Suzuki in India. Suzuki Celerio is a 5- door hatch back. The exterior of the Maruti Suzuki Celerio pleased everyone in the market and put off none. The dimension of the car stands at 3600 mm long, 1600 mm wide and 1500 mm height. The main attractive quotient is the Maruti’s favorable tall boy stance in the front and sharp luminaries. The Suzuki Celerio gets operated by an IL K 10 B engine that produces 67 bhp of power coupled with either EZ AMT or 5-speed manual gear change system. The CNG gets a 5-speed manual transmission system and the diesel variant has a 793 cc, 2-cylinder diesel engine churning out a 46 bhp power. The fuel efficiency from petrol driven engine is 23.1 kmpl, diesel driven is 27.6 kmpl and CNG is 31.7 km/kg. Celerio gets front dual air bags and ABS for all its variants to ensure the safety of the passengers. Maruti Suzuki Celerio is launched in the Indian market to compete the other strong market performers like the Tata Indica, Tata Vista, Ford Figo, Nissan Micra and others. The cost of the Suzuki Celerio is placed in a price range of Rs. 3.90-5.71 lakhs.
